Regulations to Establish the Procedure to Claim the Expedition of Certificates for The Agencies of Commonwealth 0f Puerto Rico
 

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARTICLE 4(C) (5) OF THE ACT NO. 203 APPROVED IN DECEMBER 14, 2007, KNOWN AS VETERANS BILL OF RIGHTS OF XXI CENTURY

In accordance with the powers and faculty conferred by the Act. No. 57, approved in June 27, 1987 as amended, also known as the Public Advocated for the Veterans Affairs Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Act. No. 170, of August 12, 1988, as amended, as known as The Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in Accordance with the Act. No. 203 of December 14, 2007, known as The Veterans Bill of Rights of XXI Century.

The Public Advocate for Veterans Affair in virtue of Act No. 203, is proposing to adopt the Regulations to Establish the Procedure for Claim the Expedition of Certificates for the Agencies of Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in accordance with Article 4 (C) (5).                           

The public is invited to submit in writing or by e-mail comments or recommendations during the term of thirty (30) days after this announcement, which will be considered for its final adoption, the above comments should be delivered to: Legal Affairs Division, P.O. Box 11737, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00910-1737.

Copies of the proposed Regulations will be available to the public thirty (30) days after this announcement, Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Administration and Human Resources Area, Mercantil Plaza Building 401 Suite, 4th Floor, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.
