No. 170 of August 12^th, 3 L.P.R.A. § 2121 known as the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act, the Department of State proposes the adoption of the following regulations (only available in Spanish, unless otherwise noticed), along with the text and the date of the notice:

You can submit comments to the proposed regulations or request a hearing by sending an email to asuntoslegales@estado.gobierno.pr.  A request for hearing should include the grounds that make a hearing necessary.
